Valencia Basket seeks its first win on the court of Crvena Zvezda Belgrade in the Euroleague
Valencia Basket men's team faces the third stage of its tour of four consecutive away games to visit a court whera has never won so far in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade’s one (Wednesday 31, 7:00 p.m., Aleksandar Nikolic Hall, DAZN) in a game corresponding to round 31 of the maximum continental competition.
The Taronja squad will try to improve their feelings, especially defensively, from the two defeats with which they have started the tour and look for a win that would be their first on this court in the Euroleague (although they have won on their two EuroCup visits) and that would allow Valencia Basket to hold on to the fight to enter the Euroleague Playoffs.
However, Valencia Basket face a rival they have only been able to beat once in the previous eight games in this tournament and who have been strong at home since Facundo Campazzo's debut with the red and white team in this competition. In the game of the first leg, a 75-77 Serbian win at La Fonteta in a game in which the Taronja team did not hit the shot to win.
Valencia Basket has traveled to Belgrade with a roster of thirteen players including Jaime Pradilla (who is not at 100% after his left shoulder injury but who already had minutes on Sunday in Zaragoza) and Kyle Alexander (who has missed the last games due to a sprained right ankle), so the only confirmed sidelined players are Klemen Prepelic, Sam Van Rossom and Millán Jiménez.
Valencia Basket begins this round located in the 12th position of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague with a balance of 14-16.
